God’s plan means that God’s love has a goal and an intention. In order to build a firm trust in the Lord, there are things that need to be established in us as the basis of trust. God’s love, God’s power and God’s plan. God’s Love is the greatest power and motivation of all God does for us. God is willing to help us or give us.

God’s power means there is nothing too much or too hard for God. God has the ability to do it for us.

God’s plan means that God’s love has a goal and an intention. The love has set a course for God’s power to be manifested in our lives i.e. in fulfilling that plan.

Whatever God does in time, He predestined or planned, purposed it in eternity.

There is no adhoc, spur of the moment, with God. God has an eternal objective and plan or goal for our lives.
