The dusk of the old and the dawn of the new are but an instant apart. The difference is a split second as soon as this year ends the new begins. You need to release words of faith in to the dawn, as seeds of destiny.

These words can only be released based on your perception or expectation of the new dawn. Isaiah 43:19 Isaiah Behold, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs forth; do you not perceive and know it and will you not give heed to it?

Now it springs forth do you not perceive it? To perceive is to recognize, to sense, understand or notice it. Sometimes times change so quietly that only those who are keen notice it. The time of fulfilment of the promise of the Messiah came quietly and most people missed it except the magi from a far country. All those who were near in Jerusalem, even Bethlehem completely missed it.

Your faith for what God is about to do is determined by your perception. Faith is the assurance that God is doing something for you. That assurance comes with keen perception of God’s will, purpose and plan. It is important to be filled with the knowledge of God’s will and purpose for accurate discernment of what He is doing. This was Paul’s prayer for the Church.

Colossians 1: 9 For this reason we also, from the day we heard of it, have not ceased to pray and make [special] request for you, [asking] that you may be filled with the full (deep and clear) knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom [in comprehensive insight into the ways and purposes of God] and in understanding and discernment of spiritual things—… Amp

The Word is the matter of creation. The substance that created all things (John 1: 1-2). The Word of God is the material in the spirit world to create.

John 1:1 (NKJV) 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

John 1:3 (TLB) 3 He created everything there is–nothing exists that he didn’t make.

The word holds all things together.

Colossians 1:16-17 (AMPC) For it was in Him that all things were created, in heaven and on earth, things seen and things unseen, whether thrones, dominions, rulers, or authorities; all things were created and exist through Him [by His service, intervention] and in and for Him.17 And He Himself existed before all things, and in Him all things consist (cohere, are held together).

GOD sent forth His word to heal and deliver.

Psalms 107:20 (NKJV) He sent His word and healed them, And delivered them from their destructions.

Psalms 107:20 (TLB) He spoke, and they were healed–snatched from the door of death.

Psalms 107:20 (AMP) He sends forth His word and heals them and rescues them from the pit and destruction.

The word is spoken continuously (speaks) or again and again.

The word changed their situation by healing them. The word of God is the most powerful agent of change. It transforms because it is more powerful than any situation or force. Send forth the word by speaking God’s will and God’s word. Speak what God has fulfilled for you through Jesus Christ. That is the most powerful power.

Hebrews 4:14 (NIV) Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has ascended into heaven, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess.

To profess is the same as to confess or to affirm or acknowledge.

Hebrews 10:23 (AMPC) So let us seize and hold fast and retain without wavering the hope we cherish and confess and our acknowledgement of it, for He Who promised is reliable (sure) and faithful to His word.

Hebrews 10:23 (NLT) Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep his promise.

Whenever we speak the word of God in an issue, we affirm that the word is true and that we expect in our lives what the word says.
