Hebrews 9: romans 3:20

The blood of Jesus Christ was for the Atonement of our sin.
the term “atonement” refers to the cleansing of impurity to prevent God from leaving the Temple, a person or a country. This means they had to sacrifice for God to stay with them because sin had created a separation. removal of impurity from the Temple or sanctuary was done through the sprinkling of the blood of the “purification offering” or “sin offering.” The sacrifice brought God back or/and made God stay’’ AT ONE MENT.
