Faithfulness is a core quality of God’s being, without it He would not be God.
God cannot be unfaithful. For God to be unfaithful would be to act contrary to His nature, inconsistent with Himself, which is impossible: “… yet he abideth faithful; he cannot deny himself” (2Ti 2:13).
